Who Are We?

We are a beauty salon business based in the UK, using the products we sell online. We’ve been trading since 2005 and selling online since 2007.

What payment types do we accept?

We accept credit card payments or you can also use your Paypal account if you prefer. These transactions are processed securely for your safety and we do not store any of your financial details.

How long does it take to get my order delivered?

All products are normally dispatched within one working day. We have four delivery options available:

Next Day – This is Royal Mail Special Delivery which will arrive next day by 1pm.
Standard Delivery – £3.60 for small parcels / £6.20 for larger parcels. 90% of these parcels arrive next day but it is not guaranteed.
Economy Delivery – £3.10 for small parcels / £5.70 for larger parcels. Takes 2-4 days by Royal  Mail Second Class Delivery.
Free Shipping – Orders over £30 can be sent free of charge by Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery with low priority despatch (1-2 days) and take up to 7 days to arrive with you.

Colour Promise

Because seeing a nail polish colour on a computer or mobile is not the same as painting it on your nails, why not order a selection of colours to see which is the right one for you? Then, simply send back the ones you don’t need for a full refund.

The product must not be used, and you must send your product back within seven days by recorded post to make sure it doesn’t get lost, but it gives you the freedom to see the products without committing.

Cancellation Policy

Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations, you have up to 14 days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order in writing. Email us with your cancellation details. If the goods have been despatched, you will need to pay for the return of the items, undamaged and unopened, to receive your refund. You will, however, receive a full refund of your product purchase price and our delivery charges.

Refunds and Returns

For hygiene reasons and because of the nature of the products we are selling, we can ONLY refund your money if the packaging is intact, the product has not been opened and is resalable. Simply contact us by email stating your order number and we can arrange for you to send your parcel back. We will refund your money (including postage) but we can not refund your return postage costs. Responsibility for a safe return delivery is essential. You must ensure your returned package and delivery method is secure and packaged correctly, as if the products are damaged in return postage we may not be able to refund your full purchase amount.

Returns of Free Delivery Items

If you chose to return items that were initially sent via our free delivery service (due to the value of the original order qualifying for free delivery), we reserve the right to deduct the postage amount from any refunds if the amount remaining is less than the minimum order value for free delivery.
