Q - Does the price include delivery?
A - On orders over £50, delivery is FREE for Beauty Club Members Only. For orders below £50, we charge £5.
Delivery charge for non-beauty club members is £5 for any size order.
Q - What types of payment do you accept?
A - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, and Delta.
Q - Do Truly Scrumptious offer a guarantee?
A - Yes, If the products are damaged in transit please contact us first for authorisation. The item(s) will be replaced and if a replacement is not available, a full refund will be given. If the package is obviously damaged upon receipt - DO NOT SIGN for the package, REFUSE it as damaged.
Q - How long does it take to get my order delivered?
A - All products are normally dispatched within one working day and can be expected within 2-5 days to mainland UK. If we are shipping outside the UK you will be responsible for any local taxes or import duty to your country.
Q - Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
A -If your order has not been processed, ie. you cancel reasonably quickly after your order, we should be able to cancel it at no charge. If your order has been despatched, you will need to arrange sending the products back in good condition (unused) and you will be refunded minus a 10% handling charge + all delivery costs.
Q - Does my prices include VAT?
A - Yes - We believe in showing what you pay including the UK standard VAT rate of 17.5%.
Q - How do I change my password?
A - When you join the Beauty Club you are sent a random password. To change the password, first Log In, then edit your details by clicking on the My Account Button in the Menu. You can change your password to somethng more memorable and then save the changes.
